One of my own self observations has been that in some writings I contradict myself. Somewhere along the lines when I was running a scenario through my mind I ended up taking the opposite view on a subconcious level. If you know what to look for and can understand my thought process then this isn't really that big of a deal. For those that haven't figured it out or need a little bit of a push to see what I'm talking about then this is the article of choice.

Due to the use of scenarios and looking at the possible what ifs that could've been I end up seeing any given situation from multiple angles and from those views I'll choose which way is best to think. Later on I'll go back and rethink over a situation and come to another conclusion entirely thus changing my perspective. Let's take a teenager view as an example, the teenager was grounded from using the family car for what they thought was a lame excuse. The intentions of using the family car was to go to a party though. The next day the news was that several people were hospitalized from overdosing on alcohol at that party. First conclusive thought is that even though the parents used a lame excuse they quite possibly saved their own child from that same fate and in that case it would be considered taking the view of being good. Looking back though, there is the opposite view that they should've let the teenager go and if he or she overdosed on alcohol then it would've been chalked up to one of life's lessons that they had to learn the hard way thus resulting in a view of being cold and possibly considered evil. That is just one slightly extreme example that came to mind as it is something many people can relate to as they know how teenagers can be.

My main point and I'm sure I've made it clear is that I could take any view at any given time thus resulting in my use of contradicting writings at times. I know I'm not the only person out there that can think along these lines, my thought is I believe we should all beable to do this. Reasoning is if you are able to view any given scenario from multiple angles then you are able to evaluate yourself in an unbiased fashion which helps suppress emotional down falls such as being egotistical. The realization is that when you are able to evaluate yourself in an unbiased fashion you end up seeing that you are no better then the next person, we all have strengths and weaknesses which balance out who we are as an individual.
