Hard Drive for my linux machine, preferably an 80GB or 160GB. Doesn't matter if its IDE or SATA connector. The current drive is an 80GB IDE which makes awful clicking and grinding sounds at random times. According to the information I found by searching google, and from information given to me by other tech friends, those sounds are early signs that the drive is dying.

DVD-ROM drive or DVD Burner for the linux machine, I used to have an old 4x Pioneer DVD Burner in it that quit working.

Wheel of Time: Winter's Heart, Crossroads of Twilight, and Knife of Dreams (books) in paperback preferably as I have the rest of the series in paperback.

Harry Potter books four through six in paperback.

Note: A reiteration from the About Me page. The material items are not as important as money itself is to keep this family up and running. An explanation of the material items is that for the books, reading helps stimulate my own creativity. After reading a book or series of books I end up feeling alive, a euphoric feeling that I'm able to turn around and focus on writing, programming or a number of other constructive activities. The same sense can be taken into consideration for the electronic material/"toys". The difference between reading and electronic items for me is I need to read through the book(s) to get the euphoric feeling as where with the electronic item I'm able to hit the euphoric feeling while making the item do what I want it to do(programming skills, or other tech skills are involved which is the element that I enjoy working in).
